Frequently asked questions

Do I become a Justpoint client when I share my information via contact form?

No. You only become a client after signing a representation agreement (also called a retainer) with Justpoint.

How much compensation could I receive?

It depends. Every case is unique, and outcomes vary based on the facts, evidence, and circumstances involved. While we have achieved successful results for many clients, past outcomes don’t guarantee future results. Because of this, we can’t guarantee compensation or provide any estimate of potential compensation.

Do I have to pay for an evaluation?

No. Case reviews are always free and come with no obligation.

How much will it cost me to pursue legal action?

At Justpoint, you won’t pay anything upfront to pursue legal action. Case costs and legal fees are only paid if we win financial compensation for you.

How long will the legal process take?

Lawsuits often take several years, though some may resolve sooner through settlements. While we can’t predict exactly how long your case will take, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

How do I know if I qualify for a lawsuit?

Our first step is to evaluate your information based on current case criteria. If your case qualifies, we’ll review your records in more detail to determine if we can move forward with a lawsuit.
